MGO

The client

MGO is one of the leading real estate agencies in Osona. As such, it needed a global change to make a leap in quality, which implied a change of corporate image and location. Now in a new space, centrally located and bright, they continue to open doors to all those who have given them confidence over the years.

MGO's new identity is built under the concept of "Opening doors", taking the door as a symbolic representation of the work that MGO does for its clients. The door as an act of facilitating someone's work, as the entrance or exit of a room, as an invitation to discover what is hidden behind it.

With a new, fresher and more modern range of colours, setting ourselves apart from the competition, we based the new advertising and campaign graphics on this new concept, making it the symbol of MGO.
A specific colour code allows us to differentiate corporate information, properties for sale, rental properties and promotions, both in posts and stories. As well as an iconography that allows us to differentiate sections and rooms.

Insinuating rather than showing. This is the concept of a new campaign under the slogan "Can you imagine? Small details better convey the sensations and emotions that can make us feel at home, as opposed to a photograph of a room with which we cannot identify.

One of the most important steps in the project was to create a website that separates buyers from sellers from the outset and was conceived and designed for the 70% of users who would visit it via mobile. In this way, usability became the key, especially for the property search engine.

The change of location has been a key factor that has given visibility to the new brand, in a more central, spacious and luminous space.

The differentiation of interests between buyers and sellers has led us to create three catalogues, one for each MGO target: the client who wants to sell, the one who wants to rent and the one who wants to buy.
